Water is an essential component of all body tissues, it is important for the processes of digestion, absorption and elimination of toxins or indigestible metabolic products, it also regulates the function of the circulatory system.

How much water should we drink daily?
Specialists tell us that water needs depend on body weight and each person’s stage of life. In Europe the general daily recommendation for an adult is 2 to 2.5 liters and for children it is 1 to 1.5 liters.

Do all liquids count as water?

But it is always recommended that you drink pure, filtered and purified water or use it to make juices or infusions.
Are we drinking enough water?
